By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand the intended use of these products.

Returns

Because of the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The product was shipped in error by SavageFit Peptides.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
